How it is calculated: a swing high or low needs five candles on each side and is confirmed five candles later, and the trend changes only when a candle closes beyond the last swing, never on a wick. This is the same logic as the trend table on Finora’s chart images. More on reading market structure and invalidation levels, or compare the top 100 perpetuals in the market structure screener.
About Chainlink
Chainlink is a decentralized oracle network: it brings outside data, such as asset prices, onto blockchains so smart contracts can use it. Many DeFi lending and derivatives protocols read their prices from Chainlink feeds.
LINK pays the node operators who run those feeds and, since staking launched in December 2022, can be staked on the network. It was first sold to the public in 2017, and the total supply is fixed at one billion tokens.
Chainlink also runs CCIP, the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol, which went live in 2023 and moves tokens and messages between blockchains. Its Proof of Reserve feeds report whether wrapped and tokenized assets are backed by the reserves they claim.
How to use this page
Start with the timeframe you actually trade, then look one step up. The “percent away” figure in the Trend flips on column is how far price was from each level when the table was calculated.
How Finora reads a chart explains how a read is built. Treat every number here as a note from the time printed next to it, then check the live chart before you act.
