Terms of Service

The rules for using Finora, written to be read.

These terms are an agreement between you and Finora AI Tech Innovations LLC (“Finora”, “we”, “us”), 32 N Gould ST, Sheridan, Wyoming US 82801, United States. They apply when you use the Finora Telegram bot @FinoraEN_Bot, our Telegram channels and groups, and this website. By using Finora you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Finora is an AI trading assistant delivered through Telegram. It produces AI-generated chart analysis for crypto, stocks and forex, market scanners and heatmaps, price alerts (Watch), trade signals, and — for crypto futures — optional automated trading (AutoTrade / CopyTrade). Features, limits and supported markets may change over time. Free usage limits adjust from time to time depending on demand and costs.

2. Not financial advice

Everything Finora provides is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You alone decide whether and how to trade. Please read the Risk Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

3. Who can use Finora

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use services like Finora where you live. You must also follow Telegram’s terms of service. Some features, such as signals or automated trading, may not be lawful in every country; it is your responsibility to check.

4. Your account

Your Finora account is your Telegram account. Premium access is linked to a single Telegram ID per subscription; sharing, reselling or transferring access is not allowed. Using several accounts to get around free usage limits is not allowed either. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Premium plans and payments

  • Plans, prices and what each plan includes are shown in the bot (/premium) at the time of purchase.
  • Card payments (Stripe): subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management option in /premium or by contacting @finora_tg; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Crypto payments: there is no automatic renewal; you can extend your plan manually at any time. Send the exact amount on the exact network shown in the bot — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost.
  • Premium is activated once your payment is confirmed or verified.

6. Refunds

Digital subscriptions are non-refundable, except where you do not receive Premium access after a verified payment, or where you were charged twice by mistake. In those cases, contact @finora_tg with your payment details and we will activate your access or refund the payment concerned. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. AutoTrade and CopyTrade

  • AutoTrade is optional, available to Premium members and limited to crypto futures on supported exchanges.
  • You connect your own exchange account with an API key that you create. Give it read and futures-trading permissions only — never enable withdrawals.
  • Once connected, orders are placed on your account automatically according to Finora’s signals and the settings you choose, without asking you before each trade. You can change your settings or disconnect at any time.
  • Automated trading can fail or behave differently than expected: exchange outages, API errors, delays, slippage, liquidity gaps or our own technical problems may cause missed, late, partial or different executions.
  • Leveraged futures trading can lose your entire account balance quickly. You are solely responsible for the trades placed on your account and for the risk settings you choose.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Finora to break the law, harass people or send harmful content; try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; access it with automated scripts beyond normal use; impersonate others; or republish or resell Premium content, signals or analysis without our written permission.

9. AI-generated content

Finora’s answers are generated by AI models from market data and charts. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and market data can be delayed or wrong. Check important information yourself before acting on it.

10. Intellectual property

Finora, its name, logo, software and content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Finora for your own trading research. You keep the rights to the messages and images you send; you allow us to process them to provide and improve the service.

11. Third-party services

Finora relies on services we do not control, such as Telegram, exchanges, payment processors and data providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep Finora running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

13. No warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Finora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Finora and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including signals, analysis and automated trades. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Finora at any time by blocking the bot; to stop a card subscription, cancel it as described in section 5. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim locally.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Finora after an update means you accept the updated terms.
