About XRP

XRP is the native asset of the XRP Ledger, an open blockchain launched in 2012 and built for fast, low-cost settlement; the company Ripple uses it in its cross-border payment products. It has a long trading history and deep spot and futures liquidity.

XRP also has a large retail following, so news-driven candles and stop runs around round numbers are common. Finora's XRP reads stay with the structure: the last swing high and low, and the candle close that would flip the trend.

Most of the XRP supply was created at launch rather than mined, and in 2017 Ripple placed a large share of it in escrow, to be released over time. XRP charts often show long ranges between big moves; inside a range, the reads treat the edges as liquidity that can be swept, not as support and resistance that must hold.

How to use these reads

Each read follows the same checklist: the trend on that timeframe, how it lines up with the daily and weekly charts, where the liquidity sits, the key levels, and the close that would invalidate the idea. How Finora reads a chart explains each step.

Start with the timeframe you actually trade. If its bias disagrees with the higher timeframes, the read will usually call the move counter-trend and ask for confirmation first. Treat every level here as a note from the moment it was written, then check the live chart before you act.
